The 9U-10U Academy Program was introduced as a tool to create a better training and coaching environment at a critical age to help keep players in the game. Club eligibility is determined through an application assessment.
In addition to influencing the training and coaching environment by providing resources and enforcing standards, Iowa Soccer schedules a league playing season for the Academy teams to compete against each other.
